What does a plan include?
Every plan includes a set number of live video or voice sessions each month, plus unlimited text messaging with your practitioner in between.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect from your next billing period.
How am I billed?
Plans are billed monthly in AED through our secure payment provider. You enter payment details once during sign up.
What if I do not use all my sessions?
Sessions are part of your monthly plan. If you need a different number of sessions, you can switch to the plan that fits you best.
